This game is a little of a departure from my gaming. It is a game that is played different. Game Play:Is a tad bit hard (not use to it), lots of ghost walls don’t let you explore much. Also the ghost wall is there at times until you complete a task. It is very engaging to me because. 1>Cause it’s a new type of game. 2>You’re an unwilling or by chance investigator. 3>The story is a very good one to me. 4>It’s a break from the normal run and gun. You also have to read the hand book/guide/manual in order to get started or else you may be in your hotel for a long time. This is a game that will last you a while enjoy the scenes and get into the mood of it. Controls:Mouse, keyboard combo is a tad bit tricky to use until you get use to it. This is just this reviewers thought on this. I try to play all games at the default controls to see if they need to be changed. Which you can not change these controls at all. Graphics:Great, they are very well done. Product Shots:Screenshots:PROS:Uses different skill set for me not much keyboard needed which is nice. The story and beginning draw you in to the game. Eye candy and sound aid in this like when you’re in the east side and the Spanish guy taught’s you and tells you your stuff might get stolen adds to the atmosphere. The back ground on your person in the games reveals it's self after reading the book and going through the game . The person you are has a history that helps you see why he wants to help . This adds to the game I feel in away that not many do I look forward to more games like this and a follow up of this game. Cons:If you build a very nice world for a game let us explore it. Moving your player around is odd at times cause of ghost walls and the game limits your movement when it hits one. Can’t remap the keys. Overall:This is a well made game with some minor flaws in it. I’d like to see it more open then it was. It will give you enjoyment and frustrate you also but any game can do that. |
