3. In your video card line what cards do you make for HTPC users? The best choice will be latest X1300, 1600, 1800 series.
4. Why should a end user choose your products over another? We have the best reliability and over clocking capability.
5. What is your warranty period? 3 years
6. What are your tech support options? We have FAE, website and local support in Netherlands, USA, Taiwan, China.
7. How does a video card come to market from your company (the steps with a bit a detail)? Plan V design V pilot run V debug V function test V compatibility test - reliability test V mass production V QC V shipping
8. Are you a ATI partner and if so Why? Yes. A long term and good partnership is benefit for both ATI & TUL.
9. Does ATI aid you in bringing cards to the market? Yes. We are tier 1 partner with ATI. All products from design to manufacture or marketing we co work together.
10. What does your cross fire product line consist of and what added feature will a end user get with these cards? We have full line Cross Fire product from X850,X1800 (now), X1600, X1300 (Early 2006)
11. Has the delay of the new ATI chipset hurt you or in your view hurt ATI in any way ? Schedule delay is always not a good news for both of us ; except for our competitor- NVIDIA.
12. What can we expect from you in the coming months that you can tell us about? More X1K family product on market and new Cross Fire product will ready soon. |
